EASY LIFE HOME HEALTH CARE CENTER is a medical supply organization dedicated to providing medical equipment and services to customers with the utmost quality and professionalism. EASY LIFE HOME HEALTH CARE CENTER accepts only patients with home medical equipment needs, as identified by the referring source and can be met by the services of our organization. 24 Hour Emergency Service: Emergency assistance is available to our patient’s 24-hours.  Reimbursement Assistance: Medicare, Private Insurances, and other third party payers and pre-qualified for direct payments. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards are also accepted. Patient Instruction and Training: A trained staff of home health care professionals insures that each patient is fully trained on the operation and care of the equipment. Instruction is carried out in the patient’s home or at EASY LIFE HOME HEALTH CARE CENTER location. Patient Assessment: A trained staff member(s) meets with and assesses the needs of the patient with respect to the services and equipment provided. Patients are continually monitored and assessment updated to insure that care is timely and current. Delivery Service: Delivery Service, setup, and patient instruction and training are free of charge. Consultations: Staff professionals will meet, as required, with the patient to solve any matter involving home care treatment or service. Geographic Scope of Service: EASY LIFE HOME HEALTH CARE CENTER will provide services stipulated within a 200-mile radius of the company (please call or email to find out if we are able to service your area).

Bathroom safety items: bath bench, transfer bench, bedside commode, over the toilet commode, raised toilet seat, bath safety rails, bed shampooer, hand held shower.
Beds and bed accessories: hospital beds - manual, semi, or full electric, bariatric (available by special order only), innerspring or foam mattresses, safety rails, trapeze attached and freestanding bars, traction equipment.
Pressure reducing surfaces: air mattresses, variety of mattress overlays, cushions, heel and elbow protectors
Ambulatory aides: canes, crutches, walkers, 5” wheels, rolling walkers with seat and/or brakes, specialty walkers (for both size and weight)
Manual wheelchairs: full inventory of standard and lightweight wheelchairs, also available in pediatric and extra wide sizes and with optional accessories (reclining back, elevating leg rests, seat belts, anti-tippers, cushions (basic, gel)
Power mobility devices: power wheelchairs, scooters and lift chair mechanisms (we offer a wide variety of items in this category)
Personal care products: blood pressure monitors, heat and cold therapy devices, first aid kits, otoscopes, ramps, scales, stethoscopes, treadmills, weights.
Respiratory care supply: nebulizers with compressors, nebulizer kits, accessories.
Diabetic supply: test strips and lancets, therapeutic shoes and multi-density inserts for patients with diabetes.
Compression stockings: knee high, full length, pantyhose.
Orthotic braces: big selection, types, and varieties of braces and supports, different brands.
Mastectomy Prosthetic and Bra
Incontinence supplies: disposable briefs, undergarments, underwear, underpads, liners, reusable pants, waterproof sheeting.
Other: infection control products, uniforms, professional items.

Office hours – Monday through Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. We are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all equipment related emergencies. Exemptee staff is on site for all legend devices.
